Our Razorblade Symphony chapter 25Chapter 25 - Posters on the ceiling.
"The house is a bit different since when you left, Andy." Mom pressed, turning onto out street. Not much was different from the last time I was here, the trees got a little bigger and a couple houses had been re-painted. Some cars had changed or else the owners had moved out and some of the old bumps in the sidewalk were paved and fixed. Ashley smiled and took my hand as we pulled up to my house, the car squeeking as mom turned horizontally in front of what I presumed to be my house.
I felt my eyebrows fly to my hairline and shock run through me. The house actually looked...nice. The evergreen tree green color replaced with a lime-like green color, the windows were uncracked and the yard was neat looking with only a few dead patches here and there, and around the tree roots that stuck through the earth in some spots. The hedges that usually grew over the front step were trimmed into small bushes and the house numbers went from a rusted
Before Dawn's Break
Now I lay me down to sleep,
an empty pill bottle left on the sink.
A razor blade left in my wake,
another soul for death to take.
Now, if I die before dawn's break,
no one will remember me by tomorrow.
Our Razorblade Symphony - Chapter 23Chapter 24 - Aftermath.
I swore softly as I slowly peeled off the multiple bandaids I had stuck to my leg. The tan tape like material ripping at the hair under the sticky part. Luckily, it didn't peel off any of the giant scab that had formed over the cut.
I watched as blood began to swell around the cut and run down the side of my thigh. After the blood came the sting, like millions of tiny needles were being pushed into my skin and moved around in agonizing circles inside of it. I swore again and quickly rushed to the bathroom, grabbing a black washcloth and pressing it against my thigh.
"Ashley you fucking idiot!" I screamed at myself as I felt the small towel sink under the wetness of blood. I kicked off my underwear and climbed into the bathtub, trying to find a good tempature. I knew warm water killed bacteria but cool water felt better on it I bet. I chose lukewarm water and sat next to the tap, letting the water pour onto it and wash the still flowing blood away.
I turned o
DepressionHave you seen past that smile?
Have you seen past her makeup and fake laugh?
Haven't you wonder why she barely talk?
Haven't you wonder why she doesn't eat that much when she out?
Look pass that smile.
Look pass the makeup and fake laugh.
Look in to the pain.
Look in to the sadness.
She starves her self most days.
She doesn't talk for fare she will say the wrong things.
There is more to her then you know.
There is less of her ever day.
Depression takes over her body.
Depression takes over her mind.
MasksEveryone wears a mask
Whether it be of smiling or pain
Hate or Love
Shame or pride
Ego or Anger
Everyone wears a mask
It cracks sometimes
People can see through the chipped paint
See past the fake
See past the facade
We all wear masks
Ones of animals
Ones of other people
Ones that we would like to be
Ones that we hate
We all have a mask
Something we can hide behind
Something we can use to fight
Something that keeps us safe
Keeps us okay in the beginning
Keep our secrets
Hold our treasures in locked vaults
Keep our hearts from breaking
Keep the tears from showing
We all have masks
You can paint them up
It can be anything
Because no one can see past the mask
No one knows what anyone's face really looks like
Humanity is made of Masks
What is yours painted of?
Feels Like Home - AndleyLove isn't something you can just dismiss into the wind, something you can forget about. True love strikes you at the worst moments and leaves you breathless. It leaves your soul, the very core of your existence, begging for more. Simply laying eyes upon that lucky person makes every single cell in your body vibrate with pure energy and unadulterated love. Their voice sends shivers down your spine and one look into their god-sent eyes is like a gift bestowed upon you by the highest powers of heaven. The smallest touch can be felt days afterwards, a delicate heat that warms even the darkest depths of your heart. Every heartbeat and electric impulse, all of it whispers their name through the life blood slipping through your veins; every breath and blink of your eyes exists because they do.
Everything you do belongs to them because your heart is their's. It always has been and always will be.
They Won't Be Hurting You Anymore... - AndleyFighting back never entered my mind- any attempt would be futile and, in any case, it was easier just to grin and bear their attacks and pretend that nothing was wrong...
The end of the school day saw me limping the five minute walk home, an ungodly pain in my left wrist...I don't know if I'll be able to hide this...
I don't live with my parents -ha, they're not even worthy of that title- I live with my best friends and band-mates. My brothers...the only people who genuinely love me and care about me.
I'm the only one still in high school, the youngest. I want to be a graphic designer, and go to college, so I'm staying in school. Currently a junior. They all dropped out during summer vacation, meaning that I've spent the last three months alone, subject to the abuse of bullies who make my life hell daily, just for being me: Ashley Purdy. At least when my brothers were with me, it was bearable...but then again, I've been subjected to abuse my whole life, so b
He Finally Found Someone (Andley)It was a cloudy, rainy day at a countryside of Nookwood, Idaho. Ashley Purdy had invited his friend, Andy Biersack, to spend the day at his house. So there they were, sitting on the old, creaky country porch. They were covered by the roof that was connected to the porch so they wouldn't get wet. Ashley looked over the country field that spread out for miles. Ashley loved it when it rained.
Ashley's attention was soon grabbed by another thing he loved.
Andy tried to blow his bangs out of his dazzling blue eyes, when that didn't work, he just gave in, and pushed them out of his face with his own hands. Ashley thought it was just adorable whenever Andy did this.
Andy had long blond hair, which was different from Ashley, who had long black hair. Andy was tall, while Ashley was short. Ashley had warm brown eyes, when Andy had sparkling blue. Andy had a pale skin tone, and Ashley was naturally tan.
They were an odd couple of friends, strangers would stare at the pair whenever Ashley and Andy
The Scientist: AndleyCome up to meet you, tell you I'm sorry
You don't know how lovely you are
I had to find you, tell you I need you
Tell you I set you apart
I gripped the roses in my shaking hands, and paid the smiling girl behind the counter.
"Thank you." I said, forcing myself to return her bright smile.
"Your girlfriend must be very lucky to have you," she said. "Those are the best roses." My smile wavered slightly.
"Yes She She is." I tried to keep my voice from going shaky too. She smiled again as I turned to walk away. I pushed open the door, to here that little happy tinkle from the bell. My heart fell a little. It seemed everyone was happy apart from me. I held the bloodred roses to my chest, and walked away from the place that sung out it's little, happy tune.
Tell me your secrets and ask me your questions
Oh, let's go back to the start
Running in circles, coming up tails
Heads on a science apart
I closed my eyes a little, and took a deep breath. It was close now, I jus
Kiss The Lips Of Evil Ch. 35 - Andy
"How about Dennis if it's a boy." I smiled pushing the cart down the isle. Ash and I have been married for seven years and a little over nine months ago we decided to have a baby. He was visiting his Mom and Dad for a while.
"Great. And Ashlynn if it's a girl." He laughed into the phone. "I miss you."
"I miss you too. Come home soon though, I've got good news for you." I was bubbling over. I wanted to tell him the news, but I had to wait until I saw the expression on his face.
"I'll be back tomorrow night. Wait up for me?"
"Love you baby."
"Love you too Ashley. Bye." I hung up the phone and went down the isle for toys. I couldn't wait until Ash was home.
"Baby, I'm home." I heard him call from the front door. I ran down the stairs and jumped into his arms. "I missed you so much." He smiled. We moved into a house in a small suburb a few years ago when we started talking about babies.
"I know. Come upstairs to the babies room. I want to show you something." I kissed him and pul
Only Sleeping: AndleyI looked at his sleeping form from the doorway. Watching him sleep had always brought a smile to my lips, and it almost did even now. Then I remembered that he wasn't only sleeping. The one I love was in a coma, and had been for nearly two years. The doctors kept telling me I didn't need to come in everyday due to the fact that he wasn't likely to wake up anytime soon, but I didn't care I came to visit him every day anyway. He was there and I had to be here to help his unconscious self find him. One day he would wake up.
Nobody, not even the doctors, knew why he had fallen into a coma. They had thought maybe it had been due to stress, but they had said he would have woken up by now if that had been the cause.
I walked over to the hospital bed that held my baby and a tear rolled down my cheek. No matter how long I had to get used to this, seeing him lying there with all those wires hooked up to him was still enough to make me cry.
Sitting on the bed next to him I looked at the calendar.
Knives and Pens:We Stitch These Wounds - Chapter 1
Beep Beep Beep
I growled animalistically and rolled over in bed, hitching the covers up around my head in attempt to block out the annoying beeping sound of my alarm. It worked, the alarm now just a vague warning to wake up in the back of my mind, my eyes closed once again and before I knew it I was snoring contently.
This was a typical day for me, wake up, be bored at school, work then drag my ass home back to my alcoholic bitch of a mother. It all but drained me hence why I was so intent on staying in bed for as long as I could and to be perfectly honest I didn't have the strength to sit through double maths with Mr Henshaw. I swear that man was out to get me, I didn't even have to raise my finger before he issued me with a string of detentions, just my rotten luck.
"Wednesday," came a slurred voice, speak of the devil.
"Go away bitch," I shouted at my mother, who was now rapping at the door insistently.
Suddenly the door swung open and less then a second la
